In creating a framework of rights and laws and procedures to uphold these laws, and in there being taxation, the exchange of goods, dollars, and currencies, for the sake of the functioning of said government, and as explicitly stated in the Sixteenth Amendment concerning taxation, the failure to uphold these laws law in any which way with prior knowledge and with willingness, is in fact a crime and a contradiction - making said stipulations and agreements between the federal government, its states, and its people null and void.
